The Georgetown Christmas Association, Inc. was created in 2010 to promote Christ in Christmas, family values, and bringing the community together.
Carol Myers is the president of the Georgetown Christmas Association. She is retired as a fifth grade teacher at Mt. Orab Middle School. She enjoys gardening, fishing and organizing community events.
Pam Layman serves as vice president of the Georgetown Christmas Association. She is employed by the Brown County Recorder where she holds the position of deputy recorder.
Pam enjoys spending time with her family and sewing.
Vicky Coburn serves as the trustee on the Georgetown Christmas Association. She retired from the Ohio State Highway Patrol where she held the position of secretary. Vicky is a part time police officer with the Georgetown Police Department. She enjoys crafting and walking when she has spare time.
Joy Hanselman serves as the secretary of the Georgetown Christmas Association. She owns and operates the Schoolhouse Quilt Shop in Georgetown. Joy enjoys quilting and walking her dogs.
Kim Scheffler serves as the treasurer of the Georgetown Christmas Association. She is employed at the Western Brown Local Schools, as the Mt. Orab Elementary nurse. In her spare time she enjoys reading novels.
Michael Jennings came to the group this year as our 5K ReinDeere Run and IT advisor. He teaches at the Georgetown High School. Pedaling With Purpose is the charitable organization Michael founded. During the summer of 2013 he rode his bicycle across America to raise awareness of living a healthy lifestyle and funds for three local charities.
Alex is an IT student at the SHCTC. He volunteered his valuable time to create a website for the Georgetown Christmas Association, Inc.
